Alexandria Moore was my financial advisor. I had such a great experience working with her. She truly helped me understand my finances and guided me in making well-informed decisions about my accounts. She was always flexible, personable, and incredibly easy to work with. What stood out the most was her genuine care—she has such a good heart and really looks out for her clients. I always felt supported and never rushed. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate financial advisor!

My Financial Advisor, Alexandria Moore/First Command has been amazing to work with. She is top notch when it comes to understanding my financial goals, researching and introducing a plan, communication and follow through. She addresses my questions and displays a real connection during our meetings. Alexandria comes to our meetings, WELL PREPARED, to discuss my financial portfolio and goals, which I greatly appreciate. I have found Alexandria/First Command to be a great investment!

We have been very pleased with First Command. We have been with them for almost 30 years, and they have been instrumental in preparing us for a comfortable retirement. We also can’t say enough good things about our current advisor, Alexandria Moore, and would highly recommend her!

My financial advisor, Alexandria Moore, has been a big influence in me purchasing a new home. She gave me the confidence I needed to take this big step forward and has given me wonderful advice on investment strategies. Thanks to her expertise, I feel confident that I'll live comfortably in my senior years. Alexandria comes highly recommended.

EDIT: One of the advisors called and apologized and I appreciated his apology. It took a lot for him to do that and I respect him greatly for it. The advisor who purposefully made it difficult for me to withdrawal my investments with First Command has not. The company says they put their clients interests first, but the opposite could not have been more true with this advisor. — I worked with four First Command advisors over the course of about 8 years at this location. The first two were great and I was reassigned after the first moved out of the country and the second retired. My third advisor told me during our initial meeting that he wouldn’t take me as a client unless I agreed to purchase a certain amount of life insurance from him. He said a bunch of other crazy things during that meeting (he encouraged me to purchase and stockpile firearms for future resale given the current social climate — what?!?) that had me immediately asking for another advisor. He was also very disrespectful and I felt talked down to the whole time. My final advisor was a nice guy but incompetent. Often he wouldn’t do what I asked (I think he had issues with memory and attention) and when he signed up my wife to be a client he asked to do it as a separate account so he could get credit for a new sign-up and proceeded to not get back to her about questions she’d asked for two months and when he finally did he was very pushy and (still) very unhelpful. He then tried to make it as difficult as possible to remove my investments from First Command. I had to contact his supervisor to make the process go smoothly, and after that things moved along without issue. The incompetence of the last two advisors helped push me to research and learn about financial planning on my own and I’m now working with a much better fiduciary.
