I would especially like to thank Florencia for her exceptionally patient and attentive service. I wanted to express my gratitude directly to her manager, but since this branch is so new, there wasn’t one available. I truly believe Citi should promote her directly to a supervisor — the bank should not miss out on such an outstanding employee.
