    Horrible management, Upon my arrival on 9/22/2025 around 3:00 pm, I was not greeted in a courteous or professional manner. A female staff member, who appeared to be a manager and was assisting an elderly gentleman at the time, looked at me and said, quite abruptly, hi, “What do you need?” I informed her I was there to have a document notarized. She asked if I had an appointment, and when I said I did not, she simply told me I would have to wait. While I had no issue with waiting, the dismissive and unwelcoming tone made me feel uncomfortable right away. As I waited, I witnessed this same staff member address the elderly gentleman she was assisting in an unkind and impatient manner. He appeared frustrated and was trying to access his account through the bank’s app. Rather than offering support or empathy, her tone remained rude and condescending. She then walked away and told him to wait. Soon after, another customer approached her for assistance with some documents, and again, she responded in a similarly dismissive tone and left to the back. A different associate then came out and kindly offered to help me. She was respectful, professional, and made me feel acknowledged. However, as soon as the manager returned and saw this associate assisting me, she harshly interrupted and told her to stop helping me and go to the back to act as a witness for another customer. This was particularly upsetting because there was already another associate assisting her. A teller, who was available, even offered to step in and act as a witness, but the manager ignored her and gave her a disapproving look. The associate who had been helping me apologized and left, clearly uncomfortable with the situation. The elderly gentleman who had been waiting eventually left, visibly frustrated, and I also decided to leave due to the unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. This was the first time I’ve ever experienced such behavior at a Wells Fargo branch. I’ve previously received excellent service at your 6565 Little River Turnpike location in Alexandria, where staff have always been professional, kind, and accommodating. It’s very disappointing to see such a stark contrast in service at the Annandale branch. While I want to acknowledge the professionalism of the tellers and the associate who tried to assist me, I must express serious concern about the behavior and attitude of the manager. Her conduct not only affected me but also other customers who were present at the time. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Professionalism and respectful treatment should be a standard at every Wells Fargo location, especially from those in leadership roles.

    The ATM has not been working for two weeks now and the one inside the building is locked. If you are not going to fix it, then remove the bank from here.

    This Branch is Awesome. Nidia Mendoza is very Professional and Knows her Stuff very well. She answered every question and concern I had with much Kindness. By far her attitude for Costumer service is Top Knotch. Kudos to this Branch and the Rest of the personnel who work hard everyday.

    My mom came into the branch and this black big girl who is in the teller line was on her phone and made my mom wait for 20 minutes in line. Then when she finally got off her phone didn't even greet my mom she started talking to another teller (girl) and laugh. Finally when my mom asked her to put the money inside the money envelope she just handed my mom an envelope making my mom feel like they don't want our business. We have 5 accounts for 10 yers and I am going to call to complain about the poor service and to close all of them.
