    SunTrust was fine and I had them for 25 years. Truist has been a nightmare they always cut back when they do merges on staff and actual buildings and of course the two they close where the closest to my house. This one in Annandale is the worst I’ve seen in decades for any branch. The last event was I made an appointment today at 10 o’clock I was early to transfer some funds. So both customer service reps have customers. When you have an appointment you don’t take a new customer 5 to 10 minutes, knowing it takes 15 to 20 minutes per customer. I waited to 10:15 waiting. The same person greeting me made the reservation. He didn’t remember me nor did he make the appointment. He stated oh yeah we had another customer before you. I know that trying to get a phone call to my family to get the transfer information they didn’t pick up right away I said just give me a second. I’ll right call back they’re not feeling well. Oh you can wait in the lobby well there’s five new customers in the lobby waiting, and I was the first one waiting. Think about it all he wanted to do is clean out the lobby and how much longer would I have had to wait with the person on the phone until the next rep was free. Terrible terrible terrible service, well it wasn’t even SERVICE. I did notice the clock was three minutes fast probably so he can go home early today. That’s how we treat the customers wait in the lobby so I’ll take care of the other customers that don’t have an appointment. Wow how long am I gonna wait for those people before you get me again terrible terrible service!ap apparently terrible terrible management they should let them all go with a 2.2 rating on Google they need to close the store. It’s a shame they don’t have 0 to 5 because I’d give him a zero they got a one and they didn’t deserve that. Not holding back on this branch. Do you think they have a call back and apologize the culture is lacking.

    The tellers are more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers, and they charge a fee to cash a check drawn on their bank.
