    The tellers are more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers, and they charge a fee to cash a check drawn on their bank.

    After reading the reviews I realized that I’m not the only one complaining about the terrible service at this branch. The manager Wonmee Choi should definitely get back to training or even maybe back to school because besides not having manners she does a very poor job as a manager of this branch. The tellers are not understanding their job and that cost the client time . They made waste 1:02 minutes for just a simple withdrawal. It’s sad to see a team like this where the team members are just not working properly. And yes, my complaint will escalate because more bad actions were made that date. The manager laughed at me when I asked why it took so long to do a simple transaction. Again this beyond good manners , this location just really struggles to provide average service.
