I have nothing but good things to say about this branch and the delightful professionals who work here. My recently deceased mate of 30 yrs started with BB&T when we first moved back to RVA. I'd been a client of the VACU (50+yrs) and was leery of the changes that came when it became Truist. Recent dealings with Truist associates at this branch regarding complicated Trust Executor issues have shown that they are most capable, professional and very involved in helping clients deal with personal issues. They have been an absolute blessing to me. -stu

Service is too slow. It is sad that it appears they are under staffed, which makes it harder on their customers and the employees that work there.

Longtime Truist customer, but we just moved to Amelia and needed to go into a branch to discuss a commercial auto loan for our company. We met with Joel (Amelia Branch Leader) and he got us squared away quickly, really wanted to learn more about our business and see how else he could help with it. He also introduced us to the whole team as we were leaving since we were new to the county. Great service and we are excited this is our new local branch!
