At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
These people care nothing about their customers. Employees have bad attitude. I don’t recommend them. I don’t think you would be happy. I’m going to stay with them because I moved my Social Security direct deposit to Truist. I just hope they listen to their customers and things get better.

The teller that was working drive thru put my check i was depositing of over $1000 into the wrong account. I'm glad I checked my account just minutes after depositing the check to realize what had happened, however they still could not transfer the money into the correct account because is was over a 15 minute grace period. They said it would be corrected in the am. That is a expensive mistake.

The employees are not locals and do not know the bank's customers, always asking for identification, causing the drive through and counter transactions to take way too long, resulting in long lines and delays. And, the teller explained that I was welcome to take my business elsewhere. I DO NOT recommend this business. The only reason that I gave a one star is because the system would not allow me to give anything less.

I went to make a new account. They asked me to wait. I waited 30 minutes and no employee answered me. Their treatment is very bad
