All smiles until I asked her I needed to open a business checking account, then offered excuses as to why it was so complicated. Back and forth phone messages for a week and finally she wouldn't call back. If Wells Fargo wants to live up to their international reputation they need to hire educated people. Or close down and just offer an ATM machine.
