- TMTaiara MatosJul 17, 20251.0The ATMs outside were not working. Another customer let me know she tried and had to go inside because they weren’t working, and I experienced the exact same issue. When I informed the teller, Kelly, she told me twice that her system showed the ATMs were working, even after I explained they were not functioning at all. She insisted they were working instead of listening to the actual customers using them. It’s frustrating when staff dismiss customer concerns instead of checking or acknowledging what’s happening outside.
