Banker at 6110 Franconia Rd, Alexandria, VA, failed to properly assist with account setup. Was not informed that my temporary card would not work for online transactions. Funds were unexpectedly restricted. Customer service agents were unhelpful and unprofessional. These issues led to unexpected financial costs and forced me to close my account.
