Ricardo helped me out this day and was very attentive and professional. If I ever need a new bank, I will certainly remember the great customer service attitude of Wells Fargo Bank. :)

Wtf !!! He was not able to explain me what's going on. He's name is Torres I am not sure this guy is a banker not really.
