I opened a business checking & credit acct there and i needed to sign some printed documents to complete the process of getting my cards, and he told me that they could not print the documents at the branch, that I would need to print them else where, fill them out and either bring them back or mail them in. What decade are we in? My last encounter i took a withdrawal authorization form there for my Wells Fargo mortgage acct (for autopay) and they said they didn't have the address for where to fax the document to, and that I would have to mail it in myself. They don't go the extra mile (or even an extra 10 feet) at this branch
