After being turned away by two other branches (Mount Vernon and Cooper Road) when trying to cash a check, Dee and her team not only assisted me with kindness and professionalism but also advocated on my behalf. She went above and beyond to ensure I was treated fairly, as the other two branches made me feel discriminated against. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and integrity. Thank you, Dee and team, for making a difference! This is what customer service is all about and I’m hoping the other two branches could learn from Dee and her team.
- MHM HawkinsSep 23, 20202.0The times Ive gone to this branch for anything other than depositing or withdrawling money, the agents avoid doing any work they can get away with. I opened a business checking & credit acct there and i needed to sign some printed documents to complete the process of getting my cards, and he told me that they could not print the documents at the branch, that I would need to print them else where, fill them out and either bring them back or mail them in. What decade are we in? My last encounter i took a withdrawal authorization form there for my Wells Fargo mortgage acct (for autopay) and they said they didn't have the address for where to fax the document to, and that I would have to mail it in myself. They don't go the extra mile (or even an extra 10 feet) at this branch
