- DCDan CecchiniSep 29, 20251.0Can a bank get any worse? I really want to change banks but such a hassle. I repeatedly come up here to get basic services done (renew CDs, etc) and they only have one person working (if lucky) and you wait forever or just give up. Just horrible. Stay away.

I shouldn’t have to wait an hour for a branch leader to contact their manager for an approval. There shouldn’t be just one branch leader that can handle more than check processing on the weekends. There shouldn’t be lines nearly going out the door for simple bank transactions when there are 4+ people working. This branch is just simply terrible.

- LRLas catrachitas RestaurantSep 17, 20211.0I feel so much anger frustration with a worker from this bank today I went to this bank to ask for change for my business and Sergio denied me the change at the window gave me so much anger because I had to go shopping at a store that closed at 6 pm and I did not arrive on time, I called the supervisor of these banks and he agreed with what Sergio did. Please, if you don't want to have a bad time, don't open accounts at this bank and in February they will have another name, they are not. a trusted institutions. that's the reason they only have 2.5 stars
