Dear Truist Bank Management,
I have been a loyal client since the SunTrust days, but since the transition to Truist Bank, the level of service has been extremely disappointing.
Unfortunately, I have consistently encountered unprofessional behavior and poor attitudes from associates. When I raise an issue, they often promise to call back — yet I rarely receive any follow-up. I find myself having to call the branch repeatedly just to get updates or solutions.
This is unacceptable for a bank of your size and reputation. Customers expect not only efficient service but also courteous and professional staff.
I hope management will take these concerns seriously, improve staff training, and hire associates who respect and value customers.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

If I could given less than one star I would. Manager gets an attitude when I told them I had fraud happen in my account. I told them I couldn’t even lock my card when I lost my card. Terrible customer service in the morning. I left there crying. I will close my account once I can resolve the fraud.

My husband went there on a Saturday morning to deposit some savings bonds (hours before closing time). Despite there being no line behind him, he was informed that they did not perform this service on the weekends because it takes too long, it's too busy on the weekend, and there is not enough staff. He was informed he needed to return during the week for this service. Some people cannot make it to a bank during business hours during the weekday, and it's mind-boggling that with weekends being the high-traffic time for a bank that they are unable to perform all standard services. This is just one more thing in a laundry list of customer service problems that have come up with Truist in the past few years. We will be switching to a different bank.

Second to come in and had to stand in line waiting while two other associates were doing some other task and never bother to acknowledge anyone inline. I was and attempted to proceed when the person in front completed his transaction at that time the teller rudely said he was closed and the other teller would have to help me. None of them ever acknowledged me or the others in line and when he finished my transaction the one helping me threw the slip and said nothing but asked if there anything else.
The worst customer service ever. Don’t use his location if can avoid do it.

The manager I believe at this location told me to call him back to help with my problem tried reaching him! Never called me back until I ask one of the teller to let him know to call which she said he would and still didn’t get anything from them. Very bad costumer service. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Stay away.
