This place has wasted a lot of my time. Came one day to transfer account membership from one person to another, but the rep was new and had to call corporate to make this change, then said we had to come back with an appointment and a letter of authorization on letterhead. I spent a week and several people trying to get this letterhead, only to find out at our second appointment that this letter wasn't needed at all. Even though we had an appointment time and showed up on time, we had to wait almost 45 minutes for the bank rep to assist, only to have it done in less than 10 minutes by a bank teller. Why did we need an appointment for something that we could have just had done at the teller's desk? I don't plan on using this as a future bank.
