BYPASS AT ALL COSTS- In Sept 2024, Senior Banker Kimberly Vines and her supervisor Clarrisa Brown are incompetent, abusive unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. Went there to do a simple wire transfer of $2500. I was buying a used car and these ladies transferred $25,000 of my monies! They lacked accountability, gaslit me and extremely abusive in trying to retrieve the money they lost me. Outrageous behavior. Horrible women.

Great bank. They bought my previous bank BB&T and the transition has been smooth. Lots of local branches available, good customer service

i've had very good experiences at this branch office, so i don't know how to distinguish my visits from those who felt so cheated. the branch manager, william, has gone way out of his way to assist me. his interactions with other customers, all of whom seemed to recognize & greet him warmly, were impressively professional. the only reason i withheld the fifth star is because some of the tellers are way too friendly & chatty & that's not my way. i'm sure most others appreciate it.
