    We went to this brunch, to report a fraud on my Moms account. The Banker Hamza Aqeel was very helpful and professional had a great experience thank you!!!

    The bank manager, Hamza Aqeel is amazingly helpful and patient. If you need more than basic banking, he's the person to speak with.

    There is always one person working at the counter and one person working the drive thru. The line inside the bank is always backed up to the door. You’d think for the number of customers they get daily that there would be more employees working. I’ve never been to a bank where I’ve had to wait 15 minutes or more just to make a deposit.

    My check card was hack on December 8, 2018, I went to SunTrust on Richmond Hwy the Steffon Cumberbatch said he was closing my card and I would be receiving a New Card with 7-10 days. On December 24, 2018, I went to SunTrust in Kingstowne the gentleman there told me the card was shipped to give it a few more days. On December 28, 2018, I went into SunTrust in Rosehill spoke with (branch manager) he tells me that the first guy Steffon, did not finish the process so my card was NEVER order. Rose Hill Branch Manager than tells me he will oder my card and (waived the 25.00 fee for rush) and I should receive within 3 days. Here it is January 7, 2019 I still DO NOT have a card. I go back to speak with Branch Manger he is with another customer the women at the desk calls the main office they tell her they mailed my card in regular mail that they did not see a Rush Order and I should have it within 7-10 days (REALLY), after waiting for approx 30 mins I decided to open a new account at BB&T. It’s sad because I had been with SunTrust for approximately 20+yrs, there Customer Service Sucks! Thanks SunTrust for nothing get some New Mangers that know what they are doing as of now your customer service SUCKs!

    Would not exchange bills for coins for non-members (what a bunch of baloney, my bills are just as good as anybody elses, member or no member.)
