Stopped by today with my mom and aunt for my elderly aunt’s banking needs. Mr. Sabawon A. He was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to make sure my aunt and mom understood everything they needed to understand in their personal banking session. I would definitely recommend him for your personal banking needs.

I was there to deposit my 2 checks and some cash. After waiting 10 minutes, I was called by teller. I clearly told Casher I have 2 checks and $270 cash to deposit. I made sure and counted my cash twice at home before going to bank. Teller counts and told me, I only have $ 243 cash, I said please count again, she did and said it is only $243. I requested her to run the cash through the cash counting machine. After all, She said, okay you have $270 because you had a lot of &1 bills. What is that, $1 is not a money to deposit or, bank does not provide proper cash handling training to their staff. Very disappointed and worst experience ever. Loosen my trust with this bank teller even I have a account with this Trust Bank(SunTrust) since 2015.
