If you are LGBTQ+ do NOT do business with this bank. My legal name AND gender were changed through the full, appropriate legal channels. On 2/14, brought ALL supporting documentation down to this branch to get everything updated, and whoever was there that day simply updated my name in the WEB PORTAL, and did not update my actual financial records as I found out from calling the NATIONAL number. I have 4 different accounts with them, including a BUSINESS account, and they did a HALF ASSED quick "web portal" update on my first trip there instead of updating my ACTUAL records and cards. Even worse, when your name changes, they do NOT reissue you new, updated cards. I had to manually REQUEST each card, printed with the same OLD name. I returned again today where the team is "are trying" again On top of that, the staff kept calling me "she" and "ma'am" I was at the bank while my Driver's license clearly reads *M*. A manager that called me afterwards KEPT calling me "ma'am" after I asked her the first time to STOP. This company is UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL. I do NOT recommend this business to ANY LGBTQ+ customers, especially of people cannot READ gender notations on IDs and STOP using incorrect things like "Ma'am" after being asked MULTIPLE times. This bank just wants LGBTQ money but they do NOT respect us as PEOPLE. Take your business ELSEWHERE

I have been banking here for many years!
I have 4 mortgages with Suntrust Mortgage and multiple accounts within this bank!
The service lately has been lousy!
I would not recommend them to any high end banking customer!
They just tried to charge me 141 late fee for there screw up!
It’s not the first time but it’s becoming more problematic lately!
They act they are doing you a favor!
They have lost their ethics in my opinion or trying to look good compared to BB and T!
Another disaster of a bank!
It really sucks that I have to find another bank!
I think I am going to try and find a credit union nearby!
I can’t imagine BB and T will be an improvement!
