We were doing a long distance closing on a Truist mortgage recently at that branch, and the settlement company essentially failed us. It was a grueling closing and very burdensome for her, but Melissa was instrumental in helping us close when we otherwise would not have been able to. We are extremely grateful for Melissa‘s assistance and cannot praise her and Truist enough.
