They wait a whole week later to post your transactions ( which only take 2-3 day with all banks to post transactions) so it’s hard to even know how much you actually have in your account , then when your account overdrafts (due to unposted transactions) they have a $36 overdraft fee and it definitely will be charged . The first time it happened I was thinking it was just a mistake. I went to my normal branch location and they gave me my money back and everything was fine. As time progresses, they still are doing the same exact thing a mistake does not keep happening and I do not have time to keep running to suntrust when this happens. I have 2 jobs which I am a cashier at both , everytime some one comes there with a suntrust card (which is rarely) I ask them how do they feel about the banking, come to find out I am not the only person with this problem.
