I tried to close an account today. I spoke with Rosie at the old town Alexandria bank. She gave me attitude and hung up on me. What has happened to customer service anymore.

This is about Suntrust in general they are the worst. They wait a whole week later to post your transactions ( which only take 2-3 day with all banks to post transactions) so it’s hard to even know how much you actually have in your account , then when your account overdrafts (due to unposted transactions) they have a $36 overdraft fee and it definitely will be charged . The first time it happened I was thinking it was just a mistake. I went to my normal branch location and they gave me my money back and everything was fine. As time progresses, they still are doing the same exact thing a mistake does not keep happening and I do not have time to keep running to suntrust when this happens. I have 2 jobs which I am a cashier at both , everytime some one comes there with a suntrust card (which is rarely) I ask them how do they feel about the banking, come to find out I am not the only person with this problem.
