The staff is rude, they have nonchalant attitudes, and it’s evident they don’t care about helping SOME customers. This includes the management as well. Save yourself the headache and just choose another bank, it’s not worth the risk of possibly getting out of your character. I’m still waiting for a check that they supposedly sent out 6 months ago that I didn’t even authorize, I guess it vanished. This is my first review ever, because I was treated just that poorly.. and I’m talking over a years time, not just one incident.
