The only Bank I’ve ever been treated like a less than, they couldn’t even verify a Check written from Wells Fargo , kept me there 30 minutes just to say they can’t help, meaning cash a check Written from Wells Fargo , and Mrs. Turner at Abingdon branch, very rude and the exact opposite of the signs saying the believe in courtesy, I would never bank where they can’t verify their own checks!

We are going through drive thru because the person doing the banking cannot walk! Today we timed our drive thru experience over 30 minutes to cash 2 checks. 16 minutes at the window with 3 different tellers when 1st said there was only one working on a Friday afternoon! Did not ask how I wanted the currency. Then apologized for getting id stuck at BOTTOM of tube I couldnotfit my hand into. I sent tube with ID/passport at top because it didn't fit. (But was required). If you require and item you should make your vessel to fit it.
