I have needed to call to ask a simple question multiple times recently but no mater what day of the week or what time of day it is, their phone just rings and rings until finally it switches over to their 1-800 automated service which doesn't help at all when you have specific questions for the branch that you had just visited! I tried calling another location down the street just to see if they would answer and they answered on the 2nd ring! I visit multiple branches all over the valley and this has always been the only location that I actually dread going to! There are plenty of bankers standing around to greet you when you walk in and ask you questions just to end up telling you that "the next available teller will be right with you" so I'm not sure why one of them can't answer the phone...
