I wish I got the names of the people that were working there today, August 21,2025, so I could give them a shout out! Short back story... my dad past away in February this year, and while trying to close out of his accounts, his car insurance issued a refund check in his name. I took it to the bank that issued it, showed them all the notarized paperwork, stating that I have authorization to cash this check... and they refused. I went to the insurance company, showed them the paperwork and asked if the could re-issue the check in my name... they refused since my name wasn't on the policy. Told me any bank should cash it. Every bank I went to refused to cash it! Even my bank! The bank my dad went to said I could open an account, wait 7 days , to make sure the check cleared, then take the cash and close the account. This place, took my documents,scanned them, made a phone call, and was able to cash my check with no problem! If I every have trouble cashing a check ever again, this is where I'm going! They are amazing! I wish I would have got the names of the people that were working there today, they were kind, respectful and amazing!
