Turns out they can’t even confirm my phone number , let alone have a sociol number I don’t even know? Now tell me , if I do have to go in to a branch can they even help me ? Why have a costumer service number when help wasn’t offered? UGGGGGHHHH I’m moving banks for sure , y’all suck, ignorant, and need to hire folks that’s can type in information correctly . I can go on, but choose not to and move on to another bank. I’m dreadfully disappointed in Zions bank, and will not recommend y’all, not even to the devil him self
