I pulled up to the 2nd lane before 5 pm behind a truck at the same time as a van pulled into the 1st lane behind another vehicle. It so happened that the van was able to pull up to the window before I but as the van was still being helped I pulled to the second window at 5:01. I noticed the time so I was only going to ask for a pen because I could easily deposit my check into the atm. So I sat there waiting for the lady (who had reddish hair) at the window but she never came through the speaker. So after sitting for 5 minutes while she helped another lady, the lady closed her curtain and never came over the speaker. Like what kind of service is that?!
