  Apparent thief and exploiter of consumers. For over a year I have pleaded with Wells Fargo to take responsibility for their several actions beginning with a what I had presumed was a simple transaction error involving my accounts. They refused to correct their mistakes and stole money from me. I had to close my accounts to stop further theft, which caused tremendous damages to me. In response to a BBB complaint, they falsely blamed me for their wrong doing. They have harassed me via email and mail in violation of federal law. They refused to show documentation of the original transaction after multiple requests, and I finally had to conclude, reasonably based on their behavior, that they hid or destroyed the evidence showing they were wrong. A teller's mistakes would have been excusable if fixed. Wells Fargo appears to think they can do anything they wish without penalty due to their size; assume a simple consumer won't challenge their bad behavior; and continue to behave like a bully. I challenge the bully in the name of justice, personal rights, and for the good of consumers.
