We arrived just as the bank opened at 9:00am and asked to meet with a banker. Unfortunately, the banker already had an appointment but said she would check to see if the manager could help us. A couple minutes later we were in Sky Bennett’s office and she assisted us with the wire transfer. We were done within 30 minutes. Sky was amazing and did a great job for us considering we didn’t have an appointment. A few days later we received confirmation the wire transfer was successful. Both Sky and the first employee we interacted with were polite and helpful.
