- SSsteve stevensonFeb 27, 20231.0The people at this location are fantastic in my experience. I have recently been a victim of card skimming. My card was used to purchase what my guess was a gift card at a store in California. The money was taken out of my account but because the transaction is still considered pending I cannot get help. I have incoming deposits that will not bring my account into the positive and so I cannot even buy gas. The claims department will do nothing until the "pending" charge goes through. I will not be able to buy food or gas because of this and like I said my incoming deposit will just be gone until the claims department decides to step in. This will most likely be the end of my relationship with wells Fargo.
- CHClark HallFeb 20, 20215.0Lisa took excellent care of our needs after our checking account had been hacked. Not Lisa’s fault but I didn’t like having a dog wondering thru the bank. It looked like an employee’s spouse brought the dog in.
