    I do not bank with Zions but I have a shared account to supervise and their customer service is far more difficult than AFCU and MACU that I bank with. I attempted to use my debit card recently and it wasn't working. So, I went into the branch and explained the concern but the rep said that it was better that I called Card Member Assistance, I replied that face to face service is preferred for assistance. Unfortunantley, she couldn't see any problems on my card and even verified it through the Card Member Assistance line. A new card was ordered, so when I activated it, I asked for the new pin, Card Member Assistance said to go to the nearest branch because he cannot help me (remember this is Card Memeber Assistance) So, I go to the Tooele branch and their machine for the pin was not working and they attempted to refer me back to Card Member Assistnace, which I told them Card Member Assistance referred me to the branch. They sat with a long pause and said "There is nothing that we can do"... The Tooele branch is not made to help people resolve their bank errors. There is a supervisor and branch manager in their big office that can overide to assisst customers need but they don't want to hear it. Please bank with a provider that will do all that they can to alleviate the issue of financial concerns. They did not offer to call Card Member Assistance themselves because they know what the answer was going to be. If you like the back and forth, go here and go there process with no resolution then by all means, Zions Bank is the place for you. Sadly Tooele is growing but their new customer accounts will not based on how they serve their current customers now.

    They're absolute bottom of the barrel hidden fees all over the place can't even cash checks absolutely terrible any bank is better than this Bank even the mobile app ones.

    Love the drive thru window so I don’t have to interact with staff members. They haven’t treated me nicely multiple times when I go into the building, acted like I wasn’t important or didn’t seem to care I was there.
