- RSRose SanchezMar 29, 20181.0Great location but with monthly service charge of $18 even though I had met the direct deposit requirement I was told when i opened the account it would waive all service fees. Most expensive bank. Will fight the last penny from you. I had 2 direct deposits go in every month for more than $3000 and keybank would deposit a penny in interest and then take it back. Anyways they can keep their penny and will not take my money anymore. Shame on you! No wonder your branch lacks customers.
