- BHBrandon HelmerAug 16, 20253.0I met Rich at Stansbury Days probably in 2021. I wasn't really looking for a financial planner but after meeting with him I decided to move my retirement funds to his office. I think Rich is a very nice and thoughtful person. I think he does his best to build long-lasting relationships in the community. Unfortunately this isn't enough. I need to see results in my retirement accounts over time. In the time that I had my funds with Rich I didn't see any growth at all. A lot of my increases went to pay Edward Jones in fees. I switched to using a financial advisor that had a flat fee and I couldn't be happier. At the end of the day the EJ fees are just too high and you will be paying (literally) for their business expenses.
