I called the branch in Hurricane and no one would call me back. I called the branch in Bloomington where we opened our business account over twenty years ago and no one will call me back from there either. I’m going to find another place to open a new account.

They wanted me to bring in my father, husband, and marriage license to change the name... my DL and SS card wouldn’t suffice. Won’t be banking with Zion again.
