- EHEric HibbsMay 6, 20244.0I left Zions Bank several years ago because of a total lack of customer service. I stopped in today (May 2023) to get a print out of an old account. I'm not convinced Zions has changed its ways, but Karen provided EXCELLENT customer service. If Zions can replicate this service and make their fees competitive with my credit union ID consider returning! Five stars for Karen, no stars for Zions. I guess I'll give it 4 stars today.
