I had just come from my America first credit Union and withdrawn $4,500 thinking it would be easier and quicker than messing with a personal or cashier's check. I guess I was wrong. This is why I don't use wells Fargo.

I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the problem to no avail. I went into this location and no one could help me. The bigger problem is corporate, but I have also been treated poorly by the manager there. The only reason we stayed so long with them is the many locations around the country. UCCU is so much better and you are not on hold forever. They help you solve issues.
