Drive thru teller was very rude. Never let me say a word. Didn't ask how I wanted my money back. She just turned on the camara, said "give me a minute" turned it off then sent my money out and that was it. I live around the corner but will never come back to this location.

Disgusted with this bank. My husband had an account that his work paid him through. They screwed something up and had to create him a new account on the 16th of May. He's been waiting for a new debit card and it still hasn't come. He went into the Spanish Fork branch to get some money out and they told him since the account is new and his boss deposited a "large amount of money," the account is frozen until the 17th of June. He was not notified of this. They said a manager could lift the hold of there was one at the branch, and of course managers aren't in on Saturday. They called the manager at the Zions bank in Heber (where my husband works), at his house, and he basically told us there's nothing he could do. We've been waiting for a new debit card, and desperately need money to pay bills. And we are told we can't get money out until the 17th. Great customer service, guys.
Why on earth do you need to freeze a bank account for an entire month?! It's absolutely unnecessary. Needless to say instead of waiting around for them to decide we can have access to my husbands hard earned money, we'll be going in on Monday to pull out every penny and close the account.
