Never had an issue with the staff here. HOWEVER. Wells Fargo I have constant issues with. Their propaganda they always shove into your face while you stand in the line, the fact they get hacked and I loose my account security every 3 years. Oh well thats not the staffs fault, they are there to do their job and they do it well and are friendly and professional. They really need one extra teller at lunch. Lines out the door every day from 11:30 to 1:30, inside AND out!

I was continually rerouted to a national call center that could not answer any questions I had specific to this location. When I call a bank, I don't always need to transfer money. Sometimes I need to talk to a real person. There are enough employees in this location that someone should be able to answer the phone!
