It doesn't matter what time of day it is, or if you go inside or through the drive through, you will be AT LEAST a solid 15-20 minutes. Even longer if there are other people there. I don't know how so many banks can have a smooth system figured out, but this one seems to not know what they are doing. If you can choose any other option, do yourself the favor and save yourself time you will never get back otherwise.
