Now they have automatically opened a fraud case and restricted my debit card for 60 days becuse i followed their advice. I keep looking around for a hieren camera, it’s as though they are actively messing with me. Banking with key has been nothing short of a nightmare and I can’t wait to switch.

I was asked to wait, along with another customer. Then the employees didn’t want to help me because they’d be closing soon. That left me with 20K in cash we had just picked up on the way. So I went to your competitor. Not only did this branch miss out on meeting their own quotas, but Key Bank just lost hundreds of thousands a year in cash flow. I’ll be closing my individual account because it’s no longer needed. All just because employees don’t want to stay a few extra minutes to help people already waiting in the building. Happy banking!

- NNN/AJan 29, 20221.0You really got a love showing up to the bank at 9 AM on a Saturday when they’re only open for three hours and they open up the doors late just to tell you there’s people covering the store and they don’t know how to get any of the systems up and can’t help anyone perfect and just tell me I can go 10 miles away to another location because they don’t know what they’re doing.
