They act annoyed that I even came in. They are laking some customer skills for sure. I was thinking about opening an account and I gave them a chance, but I'll bank elsewhere.

If you write a check for a service provided and that business does not have an account with Zions they will require 2 forms of ID, fingerprint and charged a fee to cash the check that their client wrote even though they hold the account. As a business and a service provider I will NOT accept a check as the form of payment from Zions bank.
