Daniel was fine. At one point from one question asked to him about my address not being current to the system since I recently moved, his response was "just use whatever, it's not like we are sending any letter". I was there for 20 min and already don't like the guy, imagine having to work every day 8 hours a day with someone like this. I really don't know how a person like can be working with customer service.
