- AAAriel ArielOct 27, 20251.0I am extremely frustrated. You need to fix your ATM's touch screen feature. I was trying to make a deposit but it wasn't working. So I push cancel and it asks if I want my card returned but pressing that isn't working either. So then it takes so long not working that it takes my card for "security" purposes. You're closed and so I have to wait to get my card back until Thursday because I'm not off work while you're open. Please fix. I am so annoyed. I am also sending a corporate complaint.
