They will charge you fees even after you clarify with them several times that your account is in good standing. If you try to close your account MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEM IF THERE IS ANYTHING THEY SEE THAT COULD CAUSE A RANDOM FEE. make sure to record that as well. Just go somewhere else it's dumb to have an account here!
