- PPpaulAug 23, 20221.0I attempted to speak with someone at this branch regarding sending a large dollar wire transfer needed to close on a home. It was like pulling teeth to have the woman who answered the phone explain to me the timing and components of the transaction, and when she was half way through the explanation she asked me "have you never done a wire transfer before?" Are you kidding me!!?? Oh well, once less bank to work with going forward.
