- MBMariah BryanJun 25, 20252.0Long story short one employee helped me with a deposit last week – I tried to deposit a check today with the same information that I had last week and was told there was no way to do it. I can get behind company policy. I can even get behind a misunderstanding. What I can’t get behind is how the teller handled the situation. Her tone of voice, facial expressions, and the overall language she used to tell me I was wrong. It was completely unprofessional in every way. If she would have nicely apologized for the misunderstanding and explained the previous employee might not have been following protocol, then great. But she was so beyond RUDE. She literally shrugged like “to bad so sad”. And the kicker is if she would have just been kind and given me a second, I was able to call and get the information she wanted within 30 seconds. Which I then did with another employee. Customer Service Score: 0/10
