- MTMichael ThomasDec 31, 20242.0A 2-star review is being generous. This branch is certainly following other big bank trends. Absolutely very little interest in providing acceptable customer service. I’ve been to the branch three times in the last month and they were closed! - One time, closed at 5 pm, - The other was NOT open on weekends, - The other was closing early on a holiday. When someone is available, it seems like the banker wish I wasn’t there. It’s been like this for years. Sometimes a mobile app can’t do all of your banking. You need a breathing person with hopefully a smile. It seems like most big banks have started recognizing the Federal Gov as their main client and not us individuals making deposits. I will be moving my business elsewhere. Credit Union?
