  I came by to deposit a check at Zions Bank Millcreek at 11:05 AM 7/21/24. I was greeted nicely by a female at the counter who needed to verify if my check could be deposited. After waiting About 8-10 minutes, being short of time, I walked over and stated "hi, If you aren't able to deposit it here I can take it to another branch later." Nick Web, whom I believe is a manager, gave the check back to me abruptly. He was in the office closest to the entry. He said something I did not completely hear as I walked out the door. I decided to go back in and see what he said it. He said it again, "please don't come back.!" He then rephrased his words again and said "please do not come back to this branch!" It didn't feel like way to treat a customer of 40 years with Zions Bank- or any human.. As well, all of my children and most of my extended family are Zions Bank customers. I would say I hope Nick Web treats others differently then he did me today!

  I had the pleasure of working with Tyler Jeppsen, the branch manager at Millcreek, and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service. We were facing a frustrating situation when we approached the Foothill branch, where we were told that accommodating us with a new business checking account would be time-consuming and challenging. Disheartened, we decided to give it another shot and headed down to the Millcreek branch. From the moment we stepped into the branch, Tyler's welcoming demeanor and professionalism put us at ease. He took the time to listen to our needs and reassured us that he would do everything possible to assist us with setting up the business account we required. Not only did Tyler provide us with outstanding customer service, but he also demonstrated genuine care and understanding. He accommodated our schedule and made himself available to address any questions or concerns we had. Thanks to Tyler's expertise and willingness to help, we were able to get our business checking account set up without any hassles. His dedication and friendly approach made the whole experience pleasant and stress-free.   The bank held a large deposit for almost a week. I couldn't get any help from the manager. I finally resorted to Twitter to get some attention. It took the office of the Vice President to remedy the situation. We will be moving from Zion's bank as well.

  i love that they are open on Saturdays. that is my only time i come to this branch and i have had a good experience so far. they also helped with my mobile banking(so far not impressed...).

  Not effective and not efficient. I bought foreign currency a week ago and was told I would be notified when it arrived. That didn't happen. Three calls from me to them handled very poorly. Resolution is that it did not get accomplished. Unfortunately, they are the only game in town for currency exchanges.
