Kept requesting we unlock our scores..which we kept doing and checking were still open. He then made up some documents for us to sign...with numbers that made no sense. Refused to explain them to us. He told us the numbers didn't matter and to just sign. We refused. We asked a different mortgage officer at Zions Bank to contact us. And never received an answer. We then received in the mail a lengthy reason of Denial. The funny part is the loan officer did not even sign his part on that.

There were no barriers and the sign stated I was there outside of their business hours. Diamond parking might not be the best if they can't read their own signs.

When I needed a new card they took 2 months to send it because somehow someone didn't enter in the information correctly. I called today to five a travel notice and they wasted 30 minutes of my time without getting anything done.
