That's 20.83% to cash a check that their customer wrote. If that is representative of the bank's understanding of customer service, I'm not interested in ever being one of their customers. I wouldn't want anyone I write a check to to have to pay 20.83% to cash it. I'd also think twice if I were a shareholder. They're not making any friends with that fee.
