There is a bank manager that must oversee several sites because this is the second time in the past few months that I've been denied an exchange for quarters due to a shortage. I'm pretty sure it was the same gentleman who flat out said no quarters for personal use. I checked the feds website and they statw supplies are fine. So I guess Wells Fargo really doesn't want any single persons business. Just corporations.....I guess
