- ASArthur Van SiclenDec 8, 20151.0This review is specific to this Wells Fargo Branch. The 'Business Specialist' is a sleeze-ball. I came in to set up a business account for my very small start-up. Naturally, I wanted the simplest account with minimal fees. The man told me about some of the business account possibilities, and FAILED TO MENTION the one that was free. I explicitly asked if they offered a free business checking account, and he told me, 'I'm not aware of any banks that do that.' As it turns out, there is a simple business checking account with fees that can be waived upon meeting some very basic, sensible criteria. In short, the 'business specialist' lied to me. I can only imagine that he was after a commission. My other complaint in regards to this Wells Fargo branch is their persistent effort to tell me about products that do not interest me--aggressive salesmanship to someone who is already a loyal customer.... If you work with Wells Fargo, my suggestion is to go into a different branch.
